Ethos is a Melbourne based sales training company. Our vision is to transform
the sales industry so it becomes synonymous with ethics, integrity, and
nobility. To achieve this we take an inside-out approach to sales training,
changing how we think about ourselves and the profession before teaching
sales techniques. Our key services include in-house sales training, public sales courses, sales coaching, startup business coaching, sales keynote speaking, and sales process consulting. Our core differentiators include: Integrity Base Integrity is not just a footnote we post on the “About” section of our website. We live in a world where manipulative tactics, white lies, and false representations are the norm for sales organisations. Sales Ethos exists to fight these trends. Integrity is interwoven into everything that we teach, do, and represent. We believe that long-term success in business and life is preceded by congruence in our beliefs, words, and actions. Incremental Improvement Our generation has become disillusioned with the promises of instant results. As a result, Sales Ethos is not into quick fixes. We understand that as humans, we are best suited to gradual change. Rather than running annual sales conferences that lose their ‘oomph’ one month later, we run engagements on regular and frequent schedules. This creates greater accountability, uptake, and implementation. Ultimately, this allows us to produce greater returns for our clients. Scientific Approach The sales training industry to date has depended heavily on anecdotes and motivational speeches. While they have their place, Sales Ethos believes in taking a scientific approach to sales. As much as possible, we base our recommendations on rigorous research studies that have been validated by real-world experience.
