Cathartic Consulting is a Melbourne based boutique psychology practice, which provides specialist consulting in the area of Forensic Psychology.
The team have a depth and a breadth of experience working across the lifespan with victim and offenders, including those with an intellectually disability. Specifically, team members have experience providing offence-specific (violence, sexual and alcohol and other drugs), and offence-related (e.g., trauma) interventions both in custody and in the community. The team also have experience completing risk assessments, writing assessment, treatment and psycho-legal (court) civil and criminal reports, developing and delivering training, program development, providing individual and group supervision, providing individual and group based intervention programs.
