Metta Clinic

Dr. Tan Eng Kong of the Metta Clinic seems to have covered all the major points of relationship between Buddhism and Psychotherapy. As a psychology student myself, I would love to learn the theoretical and neurological basis of meditation and the relationship it has to the core teaching and practice of mindfulness of Buddha. I have also read some other papers by him and learnt so much about different concepts of Psychology. He has always been my mentor and one of the reason of choosing the this field. As Dr. Tan Eng Kong has said that human beings are much more drawn to the unseen future rather than just being inspired by the past. But, with the help of strong will power and choice, anyone can create positive conditions for promoting well-being.
