Date: 23/09/2013Very unimpressed. I was quoted $60 on the phone for a TINY dog full grooming (weighed less than 5kg). Then when i got there I was quoted $70 and after I picked my dog up I was quoted $90. Ridiculous for a tiny dog which is more than all the prices online on their website. I also waited 5 and a half hours and was told it would only be 2 or 3 hours. My dog was also not herself for two days so not sure what they gave her when they cut her hair. Poor customer service. Won't be going back.
