Through Barevitality my aim is to help women reach the happiest, healthiest version of themselves through taking a holistic approach to health - addressing fitness, nutrition and wellbeing.
My main focus is to:
Educate women on how they can learn to love their body and nurture it through exercise, nutrition and wellbeing.
Teach women to love exercise with high energy and interactive sessions.
Build support networks and friendships.
Combat Post natal depression through social interaction and physical activity.
Help women reach their health and fitness goals that may seem unattainable.
