muscle building 1230
Of course, I would be remiss not to mention that diet plays
an important role in fat loss and muscle gain, but this simply iterates the
point that some cardio can be trusted to accelerate fat loss and intense weight
training is really what many women need "pitch" themselves.
It's a shame that this dichotomy between men and women is
likely to permeate gyms worldwide in coming years, simply because of the rules
inculcated from the media and society. That said, it seems like more women are
becoming educated on this issue and begin to incorporate a training program
with weights diligent in your routine. I also see my fair share of members who
do a bit of cardio these days so it is a step in the right direction also. It
is logical that ending legs syndrome skip the good ol 'days' that affects so
many gym goers. Very often I meet people who have bigger forearms thighs (well,
maybe I'm exaggerating a bit) and that just makes me wonder how they can be so
polite in training (upper body) and diet but completely overlook the importance
of the formation of the lower half of his body.
Maybe it's just the Bro in all of us that the figures from
the pants that cover the legs is a waste of time to do some grueling squats,
but one day someone will see those sticks they call legs and laugh
hysterically, negating any sense of accomplishment that is for building a
decent upper body.
