Through customised fitness programs and private coaching, Picks PT aims to better equip our clients with the knowledge and skills they need to live a healthy, active and sustainable lifestyle. To achieve the best results, I create individual training programs tailor-made for each client. I am a certified personal trainer; level 2 AUSREP with Fitness Australia and have successfully completed studies in strength and conditioning, boxing, Pilates fundamentals, and nutrition.
