MY name is Cuong Tran, one of your unhappy client. I have engaged the 457 service with your company and had been dealing with Mervin Wang, Ted, and Sally Lee since Jul 2017. I paid for the service up to the 2nd installment , which is $28,000 as I had been adviced by your staffs that the employment sponsorship had been offered. However, this was an incorrect information and was a fraud request for a payment from me. After several times I tried to contact Sally & Ted to work out this or to answer my queries, but they both were not keen to work with me on this and totally ignore my case. I'm requesting for my total refund of $35,000 as I did not receive any service from your company as the contract that we signed. I'd appreciate that we can work out this between us. Otherwise, I will need to report this complain to ACCC, and also will submit my negative feedbacks and rating to all the website that you listed your service on the internet, and on social media Please understand that this is not what I would like to do, all I need is to get my hard earned money back as you did not provide the service that you contracted for. I have no gain from doing this,beside helping other overseas student like me got trap into your service.
