Date: 17/05/2020Appalling communication and customer service. No phone number to contact for queries, instead waiting days for email response. My delivery did not arrive and no one got back to me for two days. When it finally arrived, $400 worth of stock was missing, and yet there was no notification of whether it would arrive later or a refund would be provided. If I had known that the stock was missing, I would not have ordered from online plants (as it was listed as 'available' online). I have emailed several times asking to be called - no one calls. A terse email responding that I will be refunded, but no opportunity to express my dismay. Overpriced and underserviced.
