Clothes are cheaper made and first thing I brought fell apart after the first wear

They stole my money. SCAM business

I will never buy from her again. They are extremely rude and refused my rights to a refund. Now I’m stuff with clothing I can’t use and probably won’t be able to sell because of how horrible they are

Quality is extremely poor and they rides to refund

Brought a dress from them that looks nothing like the pictures online. I sent them pictures of proof and they refuse to refund me and pretty much told me sorry I didn’t get what I want.

I’ve just discovered this clothing company and I am very impressed! I was hesitant at first with some of the negative reviews but I really fell in love with a few styles and just decided to give them a go! All the styles I received are perfect sizing and really nice material, will definitely be shopping here again :)

Favourite place to shop! They have really good styles at an affordable price and super fast shipping! Usually receive my parcel the next day! I haven’t had any issues with quality, all the clothes I got have been really nice quality! They also have a contact number and live chat which is super handy so I sometimes use that to talk to their customer service to ask about styles and sizing!

This company is unlawful. They are incredibly rude and have absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction. I spent $140 dollars on items that do not meet description on the internet. Even though I had disputed this, they will not offer a refund as per my rights in Australia. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves how they can repeatedly keep getting away with such customer theft.

Worst customer service ever and the clothes are the worst quality. I paid $79 for a dress that I could’ve got from Bali for $1 so many defects. Don’t waste your money on this disgusting clothing company

I would put zero if I could! If I could put zero stars I would! The products may be cute but the sizing of products is way out. They do not offer refunds or refund in postage when product are not the right sizing. Offering only store credit for the product means your money is being held and if you can’t find something else for that price you have to spend more to get something to get your money back! and then pay for postage on top of that if it’s not over a certain price! And pay for returns if the product is not right. As a business you should be ashamed of your poor customer satisfaction service.

Even after discussing...Cant get a refund for items that are wrong size (way to small from what they are supposed to be - only can get store credit..... Just to make you buy again. What a scam! and you have to pay to post the items back! Stay off this site - use Iconic at least you know you get a refund and free returns!!!!
