Our journey began in 2019 with a focus on developing a safe outlet for people to share mental wellbeing concerns and get linked to support. Our vision is to create a world where people in organisations feel comfortable sharing important matters and leaders are prepared to support. We believe it's a better alternative to hiding these concerns. To do this, we've teamed up with wellbeing and mental health specialists and people and risk experts to build a mental health platform that collects, supports and reports on mental wellbeing. In the end, these are the issues that truly matter. These are the issues that impact culture, performance, engagement and risk. So, while leaders shouldn't have to resolve all these concerns, it helps to be aware of them and be prepared to support. With Skodel, we put leaders in a position to do this.
