Our range of multi-disciplinary services are designed to help children and young people with high support needs to live the best lives possible with their family. From occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech therapy through to support workers, nursing and overnight respite at Xavier Place, we're here to help.

Their inclusive playground equipment has allowed our child with disabilities to enjoy the same fun and excitement as other kids. Date: 18/07/2023Highly recommend this disability support centre for children! They offer a wide range of therapies tailored to each child's needs. Our daughter has autism, and her progress with their help is remarkable. The staff is caring, patient, and skilled in working with special needs children.
