Emma Park, a passionate Functional Nutritionist that believes wholeheartedly in the power of Food as Medicine. 

I felt a shift in both my body and mindset, and it was clear to me I needed to make some changes, and channel my enthusiasm for nutrition and health.

After 5 years juggling family, work & study I graduated university with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and went straight into practice.

Don't worry, just know that I am well versed in how our diet, nutrition & lifestyle effect our function, health & vitality) Helping people achieve health, wellness and vitality through food choices and how they live their lives.

I use a combination of; Pathology results (including functional pathology & gene testing not always on the GPs list of tests but gives us a more complete picture) The 8 Week Program consists of weekly group sessions, BIA scans, informative topics, diet plans, recipes & resources that will teach you everything you need to know to achieve your health & weight goals - and keep you healthy for life! I Love my 'other job' as I get to connect with many Health Professionals from different modalities, providing educational presentations to - GPs, Maternal Child & Health nurses, Midwives, Obstetricians, Naturopaths, Peadiatricians, Nutritionists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths etc.

Smart DNA testing gives us an individualized report of our genetic susceptabilities to known polymorphisms (or mutations) that can have great impacts on our health.

It gives us great insights into diet, lifestyle, supplements and functional pathology tests that ensure we optimize our potential.
