Rise operates in multiple locations in Western Australia and is committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care.

Rise offers supported accommodation in over 25 locations across the Perth metropolitan area. All homes are shared living arrangements with other people with disabilities and have staff at the house 24/7 to provide support with daily tasks and to assist you to live a great life.
