My ultimate query below will be: Shall I proceed training the way I do without a trainer, or be sufficient myself with present stage to avoid injury?
I try to engage in broad fitness and health (Cross Fit style) objectives, which consist of power raising objectives, gymnastic objectives, perform capacity objectives, etc. For example, I am trying to get to a 100kg Snatch, or doing Nate (a Combination Fit work out integrating about 45 repetitions of 155lb as well as other DLs and Push Jerks), or Squat and DLs, or epidermis the cats etc…
My issue is absence to train, take Oley-lifts for example, I live in The red sea and I have no accessibility Oley-Lift trainers, and when I do Oley-lifts in regular fitness center individuals gaze at me thinking what is it I am trying to do; no familiarity. And even if there are trainers or such, neither time nor price variety allow me to journey across town or pay handsomely for each period.
