Fone Doc

I would not recommend Fone Doc for any repair at all. I sent in my iPad Mini for just a screen replacement, when i got it back, there was a big air bubble under the screen. the home button was pushed in and wobbly and my ipad would type on its own, open apps etc. it became unusable. DO NOT USE FONE DOC

I absolutely would not recommend using Fone Doc for any kind of repair. I sent my phone in, didn't hear from them for at least a week, even though in the documentation they stated that almost all repairs are completed within 48hours. I had to follow up to get my phone back. When I did, they never returned my charger and ignored all further correspondence from me regarding my charger being sent back to me and the faulty repairs being fixed. My phone has come out with more problems than it went into Fone Doc with. It was supposed to be just a cover change and tightening the charging point on the phone. I now have a charging point that is still faulty, a phone that freezes constantly (Never happened before) and zoom in/out and volume buttons that no longer work. I cannot explain how unimpressed I am. And now, More than a month later, I'm still waiting. Not good enough.
