We understand the anxiety of having a breakdown and not knowing what the issue is, what the cost will be, or if it can even be fixed while being roadside, what we offer is a no fix no fee policy. If we can't diagnose it or repair it roadside, we're not going to charge you, not even a callout fee. In fact we don't ever charge our customers on the Sunshine Coast a callout fee. We also understand that breakdowns occur at inconvenient times so we offer to come to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as well as offering Afterpay to get you back on the road as soon as possible.
