Think Pizza

Tracy and Bruce Kelsey, owners of THINK Pizza, would begin their journey in their backyard in Perth. It would all begin the moment they first used and installed, a wood-fired oven in that Perth backyard. 

Guests would gather to create custom concoctions from the array of wood fire flavored ingredients. The results ranged from sweet to savory and everything in between. The result, besides delicious pizza, was a warm and wonderful experience. 

The Kelsey's desired to share this experience with the masses, or at least with the whole of Perth. In 2017, the couple would create their mobile unit and serve their wood-fired pizza to party and event goers all over Perth. 

THINK Pizza provides a mobile wood fire pizza oven, dough, toppings, and drinks including coffee, for any party or event. Guest can create their own custom pizza. It creates a unique experience much like the one enjoyed in that Perth backyard. 0437 904 948
