Fostinelli Engineering
Fostinelli Engineering is a Kalgoorlie-based metal fabrication and engineering service provider. Established in 1981, the company performs all types of metalwork fabrication, but specialises in aluminium. Examples of recently completed work include haulage fleet modification, retail display hardware, and the company’s own workshops.
Fostinelli Engineering is based in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, and provides fabrication, repair and modification services for metal equipment. Fostinelli Engineering was established in 1981 by its owner John Fostinelli, the business now has a fully equipped, purpose-built workshop in West Kalgoorlie, completed in 2003.
John Fostinelli is a fully qualified boilermaker and welder and now leads a staff with a combined total of 125 years’ experience, enabling Fostinelli Engineering to undertake a very wide spectrum of tasks. Fostinelli Engineering operates an Apprentice Scheme, employing a young school leaver each year. Most Fostinelli Engineering apprentices continue to work for the company on completion of their apprenticeship.

Fostinelli Engineering specialises in aluminium fabrication and welding. Thicknesses of 1mm to 12mm in aluminium or steel can be handled in the company’s guillotine and pressbrake.
Fostinelli Engineering’s steel work includes tipper-truck bodies and service truck fit-outs.
