Whether it is with one of our small group fitness classes that include boxing and fitness, yoga, kickfit, competitive challenges, or by putting you alongside one of our expert personal trainers, we will ensure your goals are within reach! ReInvigr8 also offers a range of massage options, balanced and sensible nutrition advice and a supplement store all under one roof! Reinvigr8 is absolutely independent, not a franchise, and as such the staff have been handpicked to ensure that their passion and energy matches that of the owner/operators, Dougie and his wife Rachel.
