Our Taekwondo martial arts
classes specialise in providing Taekwondo training with ‘real life’ benefits as
a fun, exciting and different fitness activity for men, women and kids from
7yrs to 45+ years.

exercise, supplying fitness, flexibility and strength training to boost your
energy, a friendly atmosphere to make new friends, plus the strong self-defense
kicks, strikes and blocks of a traditional martial art so you can look after
yourself.
Instruction is an important part
of learning and our trained and experienced instructors are amazing! They genuinely
care about each person’s progress. They will show you how to carry out each
movement correctly and give you extra support whenever you need it.

The truth is that while the dynamic jumping and spinning kicks are fun,
real training is not about complicated kicks or acrobatics. It’s about working
