My name is Victoria Wheeler and I am a wedding celebrant in Perth. So how do you go about choosing a Celebrant for your ceremony? Can you imagine yourselves actually being involved with this person in one or even a couple of ”rites of passage” services that she provides. 

Can you be confident that this Celebrant will ensure that any legal requirements for my ceremony will be completed, can she present herself at our ceremony relevant to the needs of our or my ceremony and is she organised along with that, is she enthusiastic, can she write a “real”, ceremony that will reflect you , is she able to give you ideas, is she flexible, does she have a bit of fun along the way and works from the premise, that the fun and enjoyment shouldn’t necessarily only just begin at your reception or party afterwards, can she be as sophisticated or as dignified for your wedding ceremony as you want or as down to earth, relaxed and informal as you are, and yes, being warm and approachable, having that joi de vivre, certainly are some of the attributes you should be looking for, in any Celebrant.

The above is exactly how I approach each ceremony. I like to invest a little of myself in your ceremony. Your wedding day is important to me, and I listen to all of your requirements, give you some gentle advice if necessary, and am totally committed to managing your ceremony from day one.
