Date: 14/08/2014Worst customer service ever. Do not pay a deposit because if you change your mind or want to alter the original order they will take your money and give you NOTHING!
Date: 17/03/2014Left deposit of $80 to take sample boards home to try. Got receipt to say money would be refunded when samples returned. When we returned the samples Alex said he didn't have our $80 cash to refund us so would deposit it into our account. Have now been waiting for nearly three weeks for our money to be refunded. We have messaged Alex requesting money to be transferred to our account to which he has indicated he would do so! STILL WAITING. I can't believe a so called reputable business would risk its reputation over a lousy $80. So glad we did not proceed to do business with this Company if that is how they operate! We to will go legal out of sheer principal!!!
Date: 28/05/2013Do not at any cost deal with this guy!!! Alex is a crook!!Sold me bamboo flooring. It scratches so easily. Even with felt under furniture and no heels on the floor, it scratches white. He refuses to take any responsibility. Blames it on the fact he didnt install it. It is not an installation issues- its a quality issue(or lack there of).It is now going legal. $2500.00 down the drain! Watch this space.
