Vangeli Manufacturing is a family owned and operated business and are second to none in Canberra, Australia. Vangeli was established in 1978 by master jeweller Jeff Chapman, who has been involved in the industry since he was twelve years old. Jeff trained in Europe under the guidance of world class master jewellers.
