I'm not saying I'm big or strong by any means, but my employee got all giddy when I picked up the 70lb dumbells and bench pressed them with perfect form for 12 reps. The dumbell sizes went from 60 to 70 to 90, nothing in-between or higher. Half of the gym was watching me while I'm thinking "damn fools, have none of you ever heard of progressive overload?". My employee now wants me to go there for a session every 2-3 weeks just so I can be their token white guy strongman lulz
