I just started doing a relatively extreme finish, lifting program doing everything at about 8-12 repetitions Three periods a 7 periods. This is aimed mostly at preserving muscle, but in two a few weeks I have involved a bit of weight to all the workouts.
I also will be doing some cardio exercise about Three periods a 7 periods. Usually working, or HIIT on stairs or jumping rope.
I will be using the Lose it app and loseit.com to monitor my diet and am capturing for about 1711 calories a day after subtracting my workouts. At this amount, Loseit.com says I will be down to 175 weight by Dec Twentieth. crea boost
