Date: 28/06/2014Slow service, products were not all sent together, I had some back ordered then they expected me to pay a second freight rate for the back order? They charged my credit cards weeks ahead of sending goods. Never use them again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, my order was delivered the next day. Quality of the products are excellent and I especially like the weight of the linen. They are now my number one supplier.
