If you remain cautious and focused as you perform each repetition of your exercise program, then the results will come at a faster rate. Keep in mind that you might even need to reduce the weight that you are lifting for some exercises, in order to improve results. Aim to take 20 seconds to complete each rep: 10 seconds for the first half of the rep and 10 seconds for the second half.
