New Kitchens : Nobby Kitchens Sydney

We had a nobby kitchen installed in January,& 3 installers couldn't get it right,they told us back in March that they would rectify all the problems so in May I asked for a full refund for the second time but they won't come & pick the kitchen up & refund us.Its 'been an absolute nightmare,I would run as fast as you can from this mob !

Nobby has done a complete kitchen for us and we are very happy with what they have done. Unfortunately, they have been very difficult to work with. We have not asked Nobby to do any extra work; we have not strayed from the original agreement. Yet, today we are more than a month past the install date and they still haven't finished. We called them once again this morning to see when the plumber would come out to install the range hood (something that should have been done over a month ago) only to find that our "project manager" had forgotten to schedule him in. The term "project manager" is a complete misnomer in this case as he can't seem to manage his own schedule, much less the schedules of several different contractors. One of the contractors left a deep gouge in our brand new cooktop and our "project manager" hasn't even returned our calls or come out to the house to see the damage. Instead, he sent out the contractor who more than likely did the damage to do an inspection. Not surprisingly, our "project manager" tells us that the contractor reported back that he couldn't find any scratches or gouges. Wouldn't you expect a project manager to come out and inspect the reported damage himself? I hope that they finally get around to finishing up the job, but I have a sinking feeling that they won't. You see, Nobby demands full payment on delivery of the kitchen, so here we are, more than a month later and they still haven't finished. And why should they? They've already been paid and have moved on to the next job. I hope they finish, but I suspect we'll end up having to take legal action to prod them into finishing. So the upshot is, buyer beware of this mob. They are a sham.
