Don't know why this site still mentions Home Loan Experts is in Burwood! They did move to Level 2, 5 Rider Boulevard, Rhodes, a while back. Anyway, Home Loan Experts was awesome! Swift and continuous communication, great professionalism and a dedicated group of brokers :)

After dealing with three different brokers and numerous applications over eighteen months (which had made it more difficult to get an approval) Benny was able to fully analyse our situation and make solid recommendations. Our 'broker' Benny Dubria would not reply to emails, would not answer his phone or respond to messages left by us 95% of the time. A simple process of moving finance from one bank to another and establishing a construction loan was what we were arranging and between Homeloan Experts and the bank they suggested it took 4 months. 4 months full of errors, "lost documentation" and little or no answers which cost us $6,000 in additional building costs due to the delays caused. Needless to say we pulled our business from them and went with one of the big 4. It took that bank 3 weeks to process, approve and settle what couldn't be done in 4 months through home loan experts. Lodged a formal complaint with them and 4 weeks later with 2 follow ups and still no apologies or admittance of accountability. STAY AWAY FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SANITY. Enzio & Tammy, WA
