Simply Fitness
Simply Fitness was established in April 2014 under the direction of Liz, the owner and chief trainer. It is a personal fitness training studio in Moss Vale and works towards creating an ambience filled with energy and physical empowerment. We give supervised sessions on Running Club, boxing and outdoor fitness and encourage our clients to focus on their physical health.
