Did not hear anything for two weeks. Then they said they would deliver the next day. Next day got the demand for 400 dollar insurance. Don't be fooled like we did.

But it’s time karma hits them, I’ve reported the page with the FBI and DEA and reported the page to the local police station for all the illegal tactics they’re using and for scamming people out of THEIR money. They will get caught and they will be shut down and they WILL get what they deserve in court. Let’s just say lots of felonies. If they refuse to give you your money back, don’t worry. Date: 06/05/2019On 4/18/2019 I got two confirmation emails from info@ganjabuzzer.com after posting order and payment. Then on May 1 they sent me ship notice with a tracking number. On May 2 URGENT email arrived from info@zonalexpress.com saying shipment is on hold and demanding $400 payment for insurance. I informed ganjabuzzer I don’t have the money for that and asked them to ship with different carrier. They said they can’t because it’s already shipped.

Date: 12/03/2019SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I’m literally in the middle of trying to get my money back after I did more research about this business. I ordered about 5 days ago and they said I’d have my package by today, I woke up got an email saying I had to pay a “refundable insurance” fee of $500 and when I pay that fee they’d approve my package to finally get delivered to me and I’d get $490 back. first of all, I’ve NEVER had to pay a “refundable insurance” fee ever for anything I’ve ever bought online (bongs, wax, cartridges, dab rigs) so I was a bit confused on why I’d have to pay more to get my package when I already paid for it plus the shipping. So I decided to do more research and found out that a “refundable insurance” fee doesn’t exist. It’s not a thing. It’s only a thing when getting scammed! The only good reviews on here are posted by the employees of Ganja Buzzer. All posted same date!! This site is definitely a HUGE SCAM!!! Getting my bank involved because they are denying it and are not complying on giving my $300 back. It’s fucked up, like why waste peoples money and time? I hope more people get banks involved so they shut this SCAM BUSINESS DOWN!!!!!
