Whole idea is that your fasting through the night and in the morning you break your fast with a nice big meal to get you ready for the day I'm but this isn't ancient practice right and now in the modern world I like this month is a lot different than it was then rate we're on the go or stressed out we’re really busy we don't always have time to eat really well omega it’s so snacking has become a lot more common I'm just because we don't have this kind of spaced out meals where you know meals are served at the sometime everyday know things are really different now and of course they're different from place to place to on so you know every person I think needs to see what works best for them I don't think that there's any one size fits all answer I think optimally avoiding snacking the is a better idea 4 weight loss and I'm maintaining our way and that is because it really helps cue and you know teach our bodies how.
