In the office to stretch your legs, sit on the edge of your chair. Stretch your
right leg in front of you, tiptoe facing the sky. The left leg remains at 90 °,
the foot resting on the ground. Lean forward to touch tiptoe. Keep your back
straight and look towards the horizon, do not lower your head. You must feel
the stretch in the back of the thigh and calf. Straighten slowly and change
your leg.
Reminder: Any stretching session begins with a short warm up session . On the program we walk, trottine, hops on site for 3 to 5 minutes.
