Have a particular muscle group say in one person's cases there by six in
the other person cases or less you might benefit from having an additional
isolated exercise for that muscle group again not because it's the extra
exercise that is improving it it's because and isolation exercises allows you to
work that particular muscle but you have to be careful again adding exercise
over time they are keeping track making sure progressing on that with the lags
if persons adding an exercises generally don't.
