operated business specialising in traditional, Italian-style gelati and sorbet.
We have a small gelati bar on James Street, Burleigh Heads where 100% of our products
are made fresh daily utilising the finest, locally sourced fresh ingredients complemented
by authentic Italian ingredients.
We also offer wholesale gelati
& sorbet to local restaurants, bars and cafes. Some of our more popular
flavours from over 350+ recipes are listed below. We are also happy to work
with you to create unique gelato recipes for your business or special events.
