Date: 21/05/2024I am in the process of taking legal action due to a TV that was damaged and they do not have the insurance to cover it.
This is a $10,000 TV ruined and they offered me first $500 then $1000 to cover it. I can replace second hand for about $6,000 to $7,000 but they refuse to even offer half which was only the cost of the removal.
Not happy that I have to waste time on this with a company that refuses to acknowledge and accept responsibility for its actions.
