Date: 06/08/2014As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, good price but do not expect good service! Our items were collected on time but the delivery date changed 6 times, originally we were told it would be a 3-5 delivery timeframe and but we ended up getting our items 2.5 weeks after they were collected. We were told there would be no double handling of our items and find out once our items are collected that they are being taken to a depot. No compensation was given to us and our furniture arrived scratched, our change table even had paint ripped off it. It would help if the information we were given was accurate to begin with eg if they advised us our items would take 2.5 weeks to arrive we would have packed differently etc.
