La Casa Del Formaggio is a South Australian owned and operated family business manufacturing a range of premium quality Italian style cheeses including Bocconcini (Bambini, Cherry, Traditional, Grande & Marinated), Ricotta, Mozzarella, Fresh Pecorino, Mascarpone, Grated Parmesan, Haloumi and many more.

The company’s present location at Glynde boasts a purpose built first class facility with export capabilities. La Casa adheres to a strictly documented HACCP and Quality Assurance system, subject to third party audits on a regular basis.

All products are made from fresh 100% SA milk, are preservative, additive, Gluten and GM free. La Casa Del Formaggio still prides itself on providing hand made products, using many traditional cheese-making techniques.
