The Golden Blend
The Golden Blend
Is it a fad? Is it a trend? No, it's here to stay! In fact, it's been used in India for thousands of years. Simply put, it's a modern recipe of "haldi-doodh" or "turmeric - milk". Traditionally turmeric milk was made by adding ground turmeric to steaming milk; sometimes with a little sugar or honey to add taste. It has variants - golden milk, golden mylk and golden latte which is also known as turmeric latte. (More on this later.)
So what is "The Golden Blend?"
The turmeric latte recipe used in The Golden Blend is the perfect blend of Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Black Pepper and, Coconut Oil. It also has no sugar, no added preservative, no added color, and contains no GMO. Also, The Golden Blend is the only turmeric blend in Australia with coconut oil. It has been engineered by Mr. Jaspreet Manku after the recipe obtained from his father. Jaspreet has carefully engineered this product to ensure optimum health benefit, maximum curcumin absorption, great taste and minimal impact on the environment.
What's all the fuss about turmeric?
Turmeric is an excellent natural antibiotic, antiseptic, anti-bacterial, and stimulates the formation of new blood tissue; while at the same time, it strengthens digestion and helps improve intestinal flora.
Golden milk, golden mylk, or golden latte?
"Golden milk" is turmeric blend mixed steamed milk. "Golden Latte" is made with latte style frothed milk. It called "Golden Mylk" when made with non-dairy milk. You can also use coconut water. You can have a "Dirty Golden Latte” by adding a shot of coffee, or add cacao to make it a “Golden Cacao”.
It’s awesome, I want it!
