Date: 05/02/2020They create look alike website like HP. So your not on HP website, you then call there number and they scam you into getting into your computer saying you have viruses you don’t have. Steal what ever they can get. These people are bad humans and some day will get there’s.
Date: 16/01/2020THIS IS A SCAM. All Indian; I asked for a name and it was "Sean Tyler". Doesn't fit with the accent which was heavy and hard to understand. I was funneled here through HP. Beware when using their help line.

Date: 19/09/2019They took my card details for making the payment of 200$ but they charged 500$ without confirming from me. All agents belong from india as there indian accent, they said we are affilyfrom microsoft, norron, mcafee. When i google it to known more than i wonder i had been scammed.
Date: 19/09/2019This is a scam company running from india, all agents are with indian accent and they usually said we are from microsoft. After taking the remote of my computer they shown me some fake viruses and demanded 500$ amount to fix it, when i denied to pay any single money they lock my computer and hungup.
