Date: 15/10/2013There should be a zero star rating! Cartelec was tasked to repair an older oven - but stated couldn't repair it and quoted $1067 to replace it. A competitor fixed the loose thermostat for $99. Luke was most rude when challenged and had no answers - hung up on me. I saved $968. You judge.
