Date: 09/07/2014Thank you for the best online customer service ever! (And I work in retail). I have been putting up with a very ineffective vacuum system for a few years thinking that it would cost a lot to replace. My husband, a mechanic, was certain there was nothing wrong with the vacuum motor but there was very poor suction through the hose. In utter frustration, I sat down to my computer and found your company. As a last desperate measure I ordered a hose, a head, a wand and some bags on Sunday afternoon. On Monday I received an email to advise it had been shipped, along with a tracking number. This morning, Tuesday, it arrived by courier before 8am. Shipping costs were minimal. It all fits and I have so much suction I will get rid of any ‘tuckshop arms’ by regular vacuuming. Never thought I would get excited about vacuuming! Well done to all.
