someone to talk to can be a little daunting. There are so many
different types of support it's hard to know which one is right for you,
let alone who to trust with your thoughts and feelings.
Trained as a Mental
Health Support Worker, a qualified Counsellor (including couples
counselling) and an ACT Therapist I have spent much of my life seeking
the best way to help people better understand and work through feelings
of stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and improving
self-confidence. I am constantly looking to add to my tool kit to make
sure I can give the best possible advice and skills to clients, to help
them reach their goals and improve on current thoughts and feelings.
A counsellor like
any relationship needs to be a good fit to work effectively! So please
