I would like to express my gratitude; the conveyancing services that your staff have provided over the last four months have been second to none. Their communication style and thorough approach have been very much appreciated.
Throughout the sale of my investment property I was walked through each step of the process in such a way that was easy to understand and I always knew what to expect next. This was especially appreciated given it was my first time selling and we had higher than expected interest in the property. In total we had 18 registered bidders with 13 of those requiring contract amendments.
We were then assisted in preparing to attend an auction to purchase our new family home. Unfortunately we weren’t successful; however we were totally prepared and at ease that had we been able to secure the property all of the detail had been taken care of.
Moving on to our eventual purchase via private treaty, again the attention to detail and advice has allowed us to proceed confidently. Today is settlement day and I can honestly say that the whole process from start to finish has been relatively easy. Had we engaged the services of an alternate conveyancer or lawyers firm we may not be in this position. We are super excited to be moving into our new family home and starting our new semi-rural life.
