I just came across your wetsbie and the title of your book jumped out at me!! I have been in the business over 30 years and I have NEVER seen a book such as this! I have a wealth of experience in the children's market from designing to production patternmaking and always toyed with the idea of starting my own company but never really looked into it because I believed you needed a rich uncle (or some such family member or friend) to get it off the ground. The last company I worked for, I worked more closely with production and I was privy to the cost of just getting our samples made. But when that company downsized, I finally though this might be a good time to try. I moved to Florida (Miami) and started this project that I have been running from since I can remember and Che-Elaine's was born. I am designing and making evening, special occasion, bridal, children and some men, with the blessings of my family and my staunches supporters- my sister, mom and my fiance. So thank you Cherie for putting such knowledge in book form, I will get your book and I can't wait to explore all you have so generously shared!God continue to bless, guide and keep you.
