Not impressed with Bond Cleaning in Adelaide! They asked for us to take 3-4 photos of each room about a week before we had to move. Why didn't they come to quote? Lazy! They only cleaned patches of carpet as hubby & son went there immediately after the cleaner left & huge sections of the carpet were completely dry & there was no smell of carpet shampoo at all & looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Many things were not cleaned at all or poorly cleaned! When we phoned to complain they pretended that the call was "breaking up!" Hubby & son had to go in afterwards & clean all the things they didn't clean!! Yes, we got our bond back, but only because we cleaned what they didn't! Not worth $770, especially when our son, who was gardening outside, saw the cleaner regularly on his phone & not working. Don't use them! We're telling everyone what a poor job they did! A rip off!
