Central concept is self-organization. Stacey (1996) defines it as: the process by which people within a system interact with each other according to their own rules of conduct, without an overall picture is what makes clear what to do or how to do it. The self-organization process involves the creation of new structures virtnext and behaviors by developmental, learning, renewal and evolution processes. The system sometimes gets out of balance, but regains his self-optimal dynamic balance (see, among other Bicker Carton, 1998).
