Our creative catering menus are designed by
CHEF Matt Black. With over 15 yrs experience in finger food catering, buffet
catering and Set menus, Matt knows how to impress his clients with quality
tasty food.
The menus are Modern Australia with subtle
influences from Asia, France and Italy. Throughout the menus you will find your
favourites like Beef and Chicken with a twist and some exotic dishes like Duck,
Venison and Quail.
