Eastland’s recent $665m transformation is helping to invigorate the urban centre of Maroondah, a 110,000-strong, 61 square kilometre district to the east of Melbourne. Located at the gateway to the Yarra Valley, the Eastland has revitalized the region.

In September 2017 we also launched the new 120-room, 4.5-star Sage Hotel, the first of its kind in Victoria to be positioned above a shopping mall.
